519 Virtual Phone Numbers: Who's Calling?

Someone asking for a police presence survey/something to do with the waterloo regional police. Block the number

After I answered and said hello a man with a thick Indian accent said "you're a c**t" and hung up. I received a call from a similar number where I could hear breathing and he hung up after I said hello. From what I've read these are mentally deranged scammers. Block their numbers.
