    I called the number that was on my screen 1-800-102-1102 and supposedly Microsoft tech could help me resolve the issue. Whoever answered said that my computer had been compromised and that they could run a scan and track down the culprit. I realized that this sounded suspicious. My computer was frozen and it seemed like I legitimately needed help. They asked me to push F1R to open up for scanning. Did i open myself up for identity theft, etc.?

    Our business has received numerous calls from this company. We continue to explain that our owner is the sole decision maker, does not work in the office, and does not allow their outside number to be given to solicitors [energy providers expressly]. They immediately call back to try to reach someone else, up to four times in ten minutes. The last call included the exact phrase "you have to give us a phone number for these calls to stop" while they would not provide a number or contact at their company to discuss a cease to these calls.

    NUmber (800) 266-3939 stsrted to call me on August 10, 2016 on weekdays every day, sometimes twice. Every call getting to voicemail, but there is no voice message. Onne I answered a call from this number, nobody spoke.
