    Iehp
Left a voicemail about iehp address update and told me to call 951 number for Monica. Called back and updated address and she told me benefits will end in September and to visit my county office since I did not receive my redetermination paperwork. Went to local office yesterday and they told me redetermination is held off for everyone until next year. started to question who I actually spoke to. Called the number on the back of insurance card for IEHP and they verified my address was changed and the Monica person I spoke to is recorded in making a call to me that day and is a verified employee for IEHP. everything was real, also cleared up that IEHP is delayed and they go off dates of enrollment to send reminders or calls for benefits ending/redermination reminders but always listen to county office for change of dates. safe caller but if any hesitation just call the back of your insurance card to feel more secure and handle it there.

Drivers are so incompetent, came to my house not even ring the doorbell, driver called me 15 minutes before my time frame for my delivery, couldn't answer the phone because I was gonna have my phone on my hand as soon as it was 2 pm, my time frame started from 2 pm to 6 pm. I checked my cameras outside and they came but left 15 minutes before my time frame, so I called this driver exactly at 2:00 and of course did not answer my call, so I called the company they checked the calls and everything else and the lady told me that of course the driver closed the time frame window before it even started, so lowes reschedule my delivery for sept 5th which I did not know and of course nobody came, I called the delivery company again and said my delivery will be here on the 9th, so now what its my fault ? It was the stupid drivers fault, the lady from the delivery company kept me on hold for an hour so I hang up the phone called again and she put me on hold while I was talking which is rude. So it was the stupid drivers fault and Im the one that has to wait? First time I buy something from lowes with delivery and this is the last time, worst customer service ever received.
