  Today alone I received 20 calls with the ID "Valstarr." When I answer, there is no reply, real person or recording. What I actually hear is an echo of myself. Like I'll answer, "Hello? Is someone there?" and hear my voice answer back, "Hello? Is someone there" like an echo. And it's never the same number that calls either, so I can't just block them.
